2022-2023 OPERATING BUDGET
Based on past years, the annual budget for operations averages about RM 300,000 (USD $70,000+/-). This works out to an average of RM 25,000 per month (USD $6,000 +/-) or RM 6250 per week (USD $1,500 +/-) or RM 800 to 900 per day (about USD $200 per day) – see 2022 Cat Beach Budget.
The account categories include Rent & Utilities, Staff, Cat Food and Cleaning Supplies, Transportation, Printing & related costs, Buildings & Grounds maintenance and renovations, other administrative costs and miscellaneous expenses.
An average of RM 5000 per month goes towards Veterinary Care paid out to veterinary clinics, both for emergencies and regular costs for vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries, as well as medications and antiparasite treatments.
